今天剛好有客戶問到我相關的問題!!也就順便分享給大家!!
最重要的第一個動作是買家要上政府的HDB Home Page MY Info 的申請人
填寫買房意向申請表格,需要由買家自行填寫是為了減少人工輸入錯誤或是資料不正確
在💯🎯🎉夢裡尋他千百回,終於看中喜愛的房子後!!
接下來的流程是下面的手續
1.付完1000元讓所有的屋主籤OTP
2.21天內要執行再付4000元
3.然後可以開始詢問銀行做估價
4.全部檔案上繳HDB
5.等待2個星期左右.會收取Sale Approve 的確認信件跟簽署檔案
6.到律師樓辦理轉售手續.(律師會告知所有要繳交的費用25%-5000元,銀行貸款若75%)
7.等待交屋
In general, there must be at least one Singapore Citizen or two Singapore Permanent Residents listed in the resale flat application. From 1 January 2018, resale flat buyers will need to login to the HDB Resale Portal using their SingPass, to start their buying journey.
The HDB resale portal will guide you through the following steps:
Register Intent to Buy
Search for Suitable Flat and Get Option to Purchase (OTP)
Choose Mode of Financing
Submit Request for Value to HDB
Submit Resale Application
Acknowledge Resale Documents
Pay Fees (Online Payment)
Approval of Resale
Completion of Resale
Purpose of registering an Intent to Buy
The Intent to Buy replaces the Resale Checklist, which was used prior to 1 January 2018. Like the Resale Checklist, registering your Intent to Buy lets HDB assess your eligibility to purchase an HDB resale flat.
There is no fee involved for registering, and you will receive an instant assessment on your eligibility to buy an HDB resale flat, the housing grants you are eligible for, and your eligibility for an HDB housing loan. Important Note:

Your Intent to Buy is valid for 12 months. You will need to reapply an Intent to Buy if you do not submit your resale application within this period.
