今年因為疫情的關係很多租客都退房了,可能是因為公司縮編的關係,或是因為家庭因素等等.要離開新加坡

退房時第一件事情就是要看清楚自己的合約內容,退房必須要清理的事項有哪些

再來就是解除自己的＃新加坡銀行戶口/＃網路帳戶/＃水電SP帳戶了!

今天我們就來說說要怎樣解除＃水電ＳＰ帳戶的戶口吧!!

有些人會說我租房時有仲介幫我開水電戶口.關閉的時候也要我仲介幫我關.

恩..在這裡可能要澄清一些誤導的觀念,如果當初租房時您的仲介有幫您開SP帳戶真的非常好

通常房仲幫房客找好房子後.為了要了要順利交屋,讓您提早有水有電可以入住,加上很多都是從外地來的,可能也都不太瞭解狀況,所以仲介就都會一起幫房客服務,

當交屋後,在CEA的手冊說明中,解除自己的銀行戶口/網路帳戶/水電SP帳戶了!並不包括在仲介的服務的內容裡,

所以＃退還交屋時.有些房客會自己跟屋主自行完成交屋的手續.

也有些房仲會在退房時適時的協助點交退房.但解除銀行戶口,網路帳戶跟水電SP帳戶,就需要房客自行跟客服人員聯絡.

因為＃水電帳戶有押金的部分,需要提供個人資料跟銀行帳戶的確認,以確認是賬戶戶口的本人. 或是將支票退回的明確地址.

通常解除ＳＰ帳戶可以

1.可以寫信或打電話去通知他們的EMAIL: spsupply@spgroup.com.sg

2.自行上網設定解除 SPwebsite

3.親自去櫃檯辦理 各大分行都可以

如果是寫信通知的話, 通常都會得到這樣的回覆給大家參考一下

I refer to your email of xx Dec 20.

To terminate your current account, you can submit a termination request at our website. Upon finalisation of the account, the security deposit of $xxx will be used to offset the final bill charges. Any credit balance will be refunded to you via cheque. However, if there is a debit balance, please arrange to make payment by the due date of the final bill.
 
The final bill and refund cheque (if any) will be sent to the preferred mailing address indicated in the termination request in due course.

You may also view your final bill (once it is invoiced) through your online account via our website at https://www.spgroup.com.sg. This service is provided at no charge. Please note that premises for inactive accounts will be automatically deleted from the online profile six months later from the date of the account termination.

For us to refund any credit balance via funds transfer to a preferred local bank account, please contact us upon receiving the notification for the termination of your account and furnish us with a copy of your bank statement (clearly reflecting your name as the bank account holder, bank account number and the bank branch) via email at customersupport@spgroup.com.sg (as a PDF file).
